Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Pnoye account or using the Pnoye mobile application, website, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Pnoye. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate profile information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Features of the Services
Pnoye may include gym membership hubs, attendance tracking, personal exercise plans, personal and group streaks, trainer discovery and registration, gym management tools, groups and buddies, challenges and leaderboards, and brand/influencer perks and codes. Features may vary by region, role, and availability.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including harassing others, posting illegal or harmful content, faking attendance or streak proofs, manipulating challenges or rankings, misusing perk or influencer codes, scraping data, or circumventing security or rate limits.
6. Trainers, Gyms, Brands & Creators
If you register as a trainer, manage a gym, or publish brand/influencer perks or codes, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, offers, and communications. Listing or lead products may be subject to fees shown in-app. We may review, approve, reject, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Memberships, Payments & Wallet
Gym memberships, wallet top-ups, perk/listing fees, and other in-app purchases are subject to the prices and terms shown at checkout. Fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or our refund policy.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (proofs, photos, messages, perk materials). You grant Pnoye a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion from Settings; some records may be retained as required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided "as is". Fitness activities involve risk; you participate at your own discretion. Third-party offers, coaches, and gyms are independent of Pnoye. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pnoye is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
