1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Pnoye collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our Services.
2. Information We Collect
Account data (name, email, phone, username); profile details (city, fitness preferences); gym membership and attendance data; personal exercise plans and workout logs; personal and group streak activity; trainer/coach profile and listing data; group and buddy interactions; challenges and leaderboard activity; perk, brand, and influencer listing details you publish or redeem; device and log data; and payment-related metadata processed by our payment partners.
3. How We Use Information
We use data to provide and improve the Services—including My Gym, personal plans, streaks, coaching, gym management, groups, challenges, and perks—to personalize your experience, process memberships and purchases, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share information with gyms you join, trainers you interact with, group members as required for group features, other users when you publish public listings (such as trainer profiles or perks), service providers (hosting, analytics, payments), and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Choices
You can update profile and privacy settings in the app, control notification preferences, manage or remove listings you own where available, and request account deletion. Some data may remain after deletion where retention is required.
6. Security & Retention
We use industry-standard safeguards. Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
Pnoye is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will delete it.
